4. Component Benefits

Worksheet § 4. List every group benefit the Plan wraps — one row per policy or plan option. Pick the funding for each: that drives the "Funding of Benefits" section, the §1251 grandfather language, and the External Review framework downstream. At least one benefit line is needed to generate the documents.
