6. Cafeteria §125

Worksheet § 6. The §125 Cafeteria Plan is what lets employees pay their share of premiums (and HSA contributions) pre-tax. Most ERISA welfare plans bundle a §125 plan; some don't.

Often the same as the Plan Effective Date.

Component plans are derived one per benefit line from the Component Benefits step. Unticking the Cafeteria Plan clears the answers nested under it when you save.
